THE draft league fixtures for the 2012 season are at the foot of this report.
You can download them in Excel or as a PDF by clicking on the relevant link below.
Clubs have until 9pm on Tuesday, January 31 to report and issues or changes.

At this stage Fixtures Secretary Andy Copeland is asking all clubs to perform the following checks for him and let him know of any issues.
1 All Division 1,2, and 3 teams should have 9 home and 9 away games.
2 All Division 4,5 and 6 teams should have 7 home and 7 away matches.
3 If you have two teams, the team's fixtures should be synchronised.
4 All notified ground unavailability should have been taken care of with the exception of the issues listed below.
Known Issues for clubs to resolve:
 he following fixtures have issues due to the home ground being unavailable. It is the responsibility of the home team to approach the away team to resolve the issue
April 28: Copmanthorpe II v Thixendale
May 12: Askham Bryan II v Burton Salmon
June 16: Askham Bryan II v Hemingborough II,Thorp Arch & Boston Spa II v Thorpe Willoughby II
July 7: Copmanthorpe II v Stillingfleet
August 11: Yorkv Stillingfleet
Issues with York Senior League synchronisation
There are six fixtures that cannot be synchronised with the York Senior League.
These are listed below and it is the responsibility of the home team to contact the away team to resolve the issue.
June 2: Yapham v Dunnington
June 30: Huntington v Yapham, Woodhouse Grange v Hirst Courtney II
August 25: Huntington v Burton Salmon, Woodhouse Grangev Selby II
September 1: Yapham v Huntington
Sunday league fixtures
All teams which have the mandate from the league to play their home league matches on a Sunday have been published in the draft fixture list as a Sunday.
If your team does not wish to play league fixtures on a Sunday then it is the responsibility of the AWAY team to contact the home team to resolve the issue.
To ensure the Management Committee construct the league handbook in good time for start of the 2012 season the deadline for reporting any changes and resolving the issues highlighted above is 9pm on Tuesday January 31.
At that point the fixture list is set in stone and cannot be changed without the agreement of the League Chairman.
The two nominated Saturdays for cup competitions are May 26 and June 23.
Please can you ensure that you copy fixtures@yorkvale.co.uk into all correspondence between clubs so we are able to keep track of your communication. Once you have reached agreement with another clubs can both clubs please email fixtures@yorkvale.co.uk with your agreed changes by the deadline set above.
