HPH York Vale Cricket League

Welcome to the HPH York Vale Cricket League website.
The league, founded in 1933, will boast a record 54 teams playing in six divisions in 2012, and plays a vital role for recreational cricketers in North, East and West Yorkshire.
Sponsored by leading accountancy firm HPH, the league encompasses an area bounded by Malton, Goole and Thorp Arch with York at the hub.
The firm first sponsored the league in 1993 and in 2010 signed up to another three years which will take its support of cricket in the York area to 20 consecutive years.
Malton firm Scothern Construction also sponsor one of our cup competitions and Drax Power sponsor our Young Player of the Year award, while The Press newspaper support the Performance of the Week award.
